· Внимательно прочитайте текст сначала шепотом, а затем вслух, стараясь понять его основное содержание.
· Выделите слова, которые вы не знаете, и попытайтесь прочесть их. Вспомните, как читаются похожие по написанию слова.
· Разбейте предложения на смысловые группы и подумайте, где вы сможете сделать паузу. Смысловой группой называется слово или группа слов в предложении, которую нельзя разделить паузой без потери смысловой связи между словами. Предложение может состоять из одной или нескольких смысловых групп.
· Используйте восходящую интонацию при перечислении, в общих вопросах и нисходящий тон в конце утвердительных предложений. Альтернативные вопросы произносятся с повышением тона в первой части (до союза or) и падением во второй. Фразовое ударение обычно падает на смысловые слова (существительные, глаголы, прилагательные, наречия). Служебные слова (глаголы-связки, артикли, предлоги или союзы), как правило, являются безударными.
· Обращайте внимание на трудные для произношения слова (непроизносимые буквы в таких словах, как doubt, climb, castle).
· Следите за долготой гласных звуков и четко произносите звонкие и глухие согласные, чтобы не исказить смысл слова (sheep – ship, fool – full, hit – hid, bat – bad).
· Не торопитесь при чтении текста, выдерживайте средний темп речи.
· Если вы заметили ошибку в произношении, исправьтесь и продолжите чтение.

· Внимательно изучите предложенную иллюстрацию и определите, что она рекламирует.
· Определите тип вопроса, который вам предстоит задать (if/whether - общий вопрос, when/where/why/how/how long/how much/how many/who/what - специальный вопроc).
· Задавайте только прямые вопросы. Косвенный вопрос возможен, но с правильным порядком слов (Could you tell me what the price is?/Would you be so kind to tell me what the price is?/I would like to know what the price is?/I wonder what the price is?)

· Помните, что одну и ту же мысль можно выразить различными языковыми средствами (What is the price of this book? = How much does this book cost? = How much is this book?).
· Обращайте внимание, в каком времени необходимо задать вопрос. Выбирайте соответствующий вспомогательный глагол (Present Simple – is/are; do/does; Past Simple – was/were; did; Present Perfect – have/has).
· Во избежание ошибок по возможности используйте четкие и короткие формулировки.

· В данном задании необходимо описать ТОЛЬКО ОДНУ картинку на Ваш выбор. Выберите картинку, которую Вам легче описать.
· Начинайте свое выступление с представления темы (вступления). Тема указана в формулировке задания (Imagine that you took these photos while shopping).
· Помните, что в ответе должны присутствовать вступительная и заключительная фразы.

· Не описывайте фотографию слишком подробно, но обязательно коснитесь тематики фотографии.
· Стройте высказывание в соответствии с предложенным планом, для того чтобы обеспечить логичность высказывания. Помните об использовании средств логической связи (and, but, too, then, so, that’s why, nevertheless).
· Последовательно раскрывайте содержание каждого пункта плана.
· Предлагайте развернутую аргументацию, когда это необходимо.
· Не давайте избыточную информацию, подробно комментируя каждый пункт плана, так как Вам может не хватить времени.
· При описании фотографии старайтесь не использовать сложные грамматические конструкции.
· Используйте время Present Continuous для описания того, что происходит на фотографии (What are the people in the photo doing? What clothes are they wearing? Are they happy or sad, angry, bored or tired? Why?)
· Продемонстрируйте разнообразие лексики, используйте больше прилагательных (fascinating, amazing, fabulous, picturesque, exciting, enjoyable, boring).
· Не забудьте высказать свое мнение о фотографии и ее сюжете в конце своего высказывания, какие эмоции и чувства вызывает у вас эта фотография.
· Обязательно сделайте заключение для логичного завершения рассказа.

· Начинайте свое высказывание с представления темы (вступления). Тема указана в формулировке задания, обратите внимание на 4й подпункт (Say which way of eating out you prefer/Say which job is more important for the society/Say which sight you find more appealing).
· Определив тематику картинок, подумайте, какие проблемы, связанные с этой темой, отражены на фотографиях.
· Помните, что в ответе должны присутствовать вступительные и заключительные фразы.
· Старайтесь дать развернутые ответы на каждый пункт плана.
· Используйте разговорные клише и средства логической связи для объединения ответов в единый связный рассказ.
· Кратко опишите картинки, используя Present Continuous для описания того, что происходит на фотографиях.
· Уделите основное внимание сравнению фотографий, а не подробному описанию каждой фотографии в отдельности.
· Не забывайте, что Вы должны отметить общие и отличительные черты предложенных фотографий. Постарайтесь увидеть 2 сходства и 2 отличия.
· Обязательно дайте развернутый ответ на поставленный вопрос, желательно привести 2 развернутых аргумента (Say which way of eating out you prefer/Say which job is more important for the society/say which sight you find more appealing).
· По возможности подкрепляйте свое мнение не только аргументами, но и примерами.
· Не молчите, «думайте вслух» и заполняйте паузы с помощью таких выражений, как Well…/Let me think…/That’s a not straightforward question to answer…/You know…
· Обязательно сделайте заключение для логичного завершения рассказа.
