Тактика при отсутствии эффекта от лечения

При неэффективности антибактериальной терапии назначается изотретиноин 0,1–0,7 мг на кг массы тела перорально 1 раз в сутки в течение 6–20 недель (D) [41–43].

ПРОФИЛАКТИКА
- ограничение использования препаратов, содержащих глюкокортикостероиды;
- ограничение использования косметических средств.
