Эмоционально окрашенные слова оставьте для устной части. В письменной пишите более тактичные и формальные

ПЛОХО:

• It is a terrible idea.
• It is great that people can study online.
• It is stupid to believe that wild animals have no place in the 21st century.

СУПЕР:

• This idea is far from ideal.
• Studying online is beneficialfor people because...
• It is absurdto believe that wild animals have no place in the 21st century.

Сокращения и абривиатуры неформальны и хороши для What’s Up

ПЛОХО:

• It’s important to …
• Some people can’t afford to buy...
• Students have Maths, Physics, Literature etc.

СУПЕР:

• It is important to …
• Some people cannot afford to buy...
• Students have Maths, Physics and Literature. etc.

Пишем полные слова, передающие четкий смысл. Так экзаменатор увидит ваш богатый словарный запас и академический (формальный) стиль.

Как перефразировать lots of, a lot of формально?

ПЛОХО:

СУПЕР:

Риторические вопросы скорей Неформальны, так что в письменной части IELTS их лучше НЕ использовать.
