In Pakistan most people travel by bus to get from one town to another. In the less populated parts of the country many journeys take a day and there is a bus only once or twice a week. It is a dangerous means or transport and the buses sometimes break down. The roads are often in bad condition and the journeys are very slow and uncomfortable. It is a good idea to take food and drink because there are not always restaurants or shops on the route. The buses are usually very_ crowded with whole families travelling together. Many people sit on the roof where it is very hot in the summer and cold in winter. The only advantage of this means of transport is the cost. It is very cheap. But you only pay for what you get!
