The first orphanage on White Sand Street is officially opened.
Starting from a small house, Kreacher Pierson has been committed to assisting street children with disabilities for many years. From this week, the welfare of the children on White Sand Street will enter a new stage. If you also want to do something for the children, please contact Mr. Kreacher Pierson at 13 White Sand Street.

A notice: Dr. Jones will volunteer at the mental hospital at 59 White Sand Street on Wednesday morning. Wednesday hours are now from 2 PM to 6 PM.
Tribute to Mr. Kreacher Pierson:
Based on the need for cooperation with the government, the orphans who have been diagnosed as mentally handicapped should be sent to the Catholic Church’s Office of Ministries for unified care. For the well-being of the children, please be sure to send them to the abandoned church at 673 White Sand Street before May 5 to confirm their mental status.

Even if you ignore everything else, the numbers in each of the picture are the important part. The first mentions “13”, the 2nd mentions “59”, and the 3rd mentions “673”. I believe 59 White Sand Street is where Emma is sent and lives at until she escapes. I think 673 is where Robbie is sent, and where he loses his head.
Another possible piece of evidence is if you compare the orphanage we see Emma standing in front of to the one Kreacher is standing in front of.
First off, Emma is standing right outside a gate with the sign reading “orphanage”. We may not have the same distanced look at Kreacher’s orphanage, but we do know that he didn’t have money. He wouldn’t have been able to afford something as spiffy as a fancy gate like that. Not to mention, Emma’s building, especially with the gate, overall looks to be better quality than what we see in Kreacher’s picture.
(Side note. Remember I mentioned “door” vs. “gate” from Emma’s deduction? Well, if we take the word as “gate” rather than “door”, it’s possible the “gate” is the one we see in the picture. This would even more prove what I said about that deduction referencing her escape from the asylum. )
Secondly, the structure behind Emma has 2 floors, while the one Kreacher is in front of has only 1. In Emma’s, it may be hard to see, but there are windows on the 2nd floor, while Kreacher’s building has them just on the first (and only) floor.
Thirdly, with Emma again, we can see stairs leading up to the door of the “orphanage”, while no such thing exists with Kreacher’s picture.
Finally, Kreacher’s picture includes a tiny tree and small fence. Neither of these things are in the picture with Emma.
Lastly, some say that the girl with the bear in the pictures of Kreacher with the orphans is Emma. To disprove this, take note of the fact this girl is missing an arm. Emma, who we know is in the picture with Emily getting electroshock therapy, has both arms.

So, all together, that’s why I think Emma was never at Kreacher’s orphanage. She was at an institution run by the church instead. Thus, that is why Kreacher doesn’t know Emma’s real name is “Lisa”.
On to a note about ages: the official age difference between Kreacher and Emma is 8 years (Emma is 22 while Kreacher is 30). Emma was sent to an orphanage when she was 8, and 14 when she is receiving electrotherapy (which implies she received electrotherapy for possibly about 8 years before she escaped and was invited to the manor for a game). This means Kreacher would have only been 16 at this time when Emma was left by Leo at an orphanage, and I find it unlikely he became a philanthropist and had already started his orphanage when he was just 16. It just doesn’t seem possible. (Also, if Kreacher didn’t actually know Emma for that long, and the difference in ages isn’t abnormally great, this makes them being together somewhat less creepy. Especially since back in the day, it was likely more normal for older men to be with younger girls, but I’m no expert. )
