8 o’clock
at 10. 30 - I start work at 8 o’clock. Я начинаю работу в 8 midnight
on Sunday/Monday etc.
25 April/ 6 June etc. – I don’t work on Sunday(s). Я не работаю
New Year’s Day etc. в воскресенье (по воскресеньям).
in April Jill left school in 1998. Джил закончил
1985/2002 школу в 1998 году.
(the) summer/spring etc.
Remember!
At the weekend - в выходной день
night - в полночь
Christmas/ Easter - на Рождество /Пасху
но on Christmas Day - на Рождество
the end of … - в конце …
the moment - сейчас ( в данный момент)
in the morning/in the afternoon/in the evening -утром/днем/вечером
но
on Monday morning/ on Tuesday afternoon/ on Friday evening/ on Saturday night etc.
in five minutes/ in a few days/ in six weeks/ in two years - через пять минут /несколько дней/ шесть недель/ два года
Мы не употребляем at/on/in перед:
This … (this morning/this week etc. )
Every … (every day/every week etc. )
Last … (last August/ last week etc. )
Next … (next Monday/ next week etс. )
в следующее воскресенье.

The Future Simple Tense.

We shall have classes tomorrow. Завтра у нас будут занятия.
Future Simple употребляется для выражения фактов, отдельных действий, обычных, регулярно повторяющихся, последовательных действий в будущем. Часто сопровождается такими словами: in 2003, on Sunday, in a day/month (через день/месяц), next week/year (на следующей неделе; в будущем году) и т. п.
He will finish his work next week. Он закончит свою работу на следующей неделе.
Exercise 3. Translate.
1. I’ll see them tomorrow. 2. He will work in the library next year. 3. Will you translate this article next week? 4. We’ll take exam in English next term. 5. She will go to the country on Sunday. 6. He will make a report about Queen’s working day next lesson. 7. I am afraid, we’ll be late. Try to be in time. 8. Will you go to the camp next week? Yes, we will. We’ll live in tents there. We’ll live in camp long. 9. Don’t miss this lecture. The theme will be very interesting. 10. He’ll enter the University in a year. He is a schoolboy now.
