IDEOLOGY OF THE STATE

   (Dialectical politics)

Lecture 1

Finally, outside the state - the rule of passions, war, fear, poverty, loneliness, barbarity, ignorance, savagery; in the state - the domination of reason, peace, security, wealth, goodness, mutual assistance, refinement, science, benevolence.

T. Hobbes

LEVIFAN

• The second subject of ideology is the state

• Public consciousness determines the existence of the state

• The essence of the subject

• Development of the state

• Necessity of the state

THE SECOND SUBJECT OF IDEOLOGY IS THE STATE

The state and the person are completely different subjects of ideology. And they, like different objects, only have their own (different) goals and paths of development.

P. I 01. The principle of the subject area of the ideology of the state

The ideology of the state is a section of the science of ideology about the perfect and achievable goals of the development of the state and about the possible and optimal methods of achieving them. (2. 1. 1. ) I 101

There is a state ideology, but this is no longer a science, but a scientifically grounded program for the successful development of a particular state. It is formed taking into account its national and natural characteristics. There are also the most important state goals, and the timing of their implementation, and the best methods to achieve them, and real sources, and much more. In general, this is a very important document. And this program should not be confused with the section of the science of ideology of the same name. And today even many scholarly ideologists confuse this.

An interesting phenomenon: there are scholarly ideologists (a holy place is never empty), but the very science of ideology was not, and is not. And what is now, apart from the works of Hobbes, does not stand up to the most elementary criticism. For example, historical materialism. It is necessary that such a " swill", which is more suitable for the name " historical idiocy", the state ideologists of the Soviet Union poisoned public consciousness for three quarters of a century.

Party ideology is the ideology of achieving and exercising state power. If it does not belong to the party in power, then it necessarily brings confusion and division in society. By the way, Hobbes has a similar opinion. “ I call a party a certain number of citizens united among themselves either by agreement or by the power of a person against the will of that person or those who have supreme power. Thus, the party is, as it were, a state within a state. " (T. Hobbes Soch. In 2 volumes. T. 1. M.: Mysl ', 1989. p. 407)

Everything is correct. Any party creates a split in society. And if the party also receives foreign funding, then it turns into an instrument of the " cold war" between states. Is it really incomprehensible?

The state, as being, is necessarily included in the subject area of the science of philosophy, therefore, there is simply no way to pass over such a subject in silence. Otherwise, our philosophy will have a very large " blank spot". However, a philosopher is not a politician. He is all-rounder and in the field of politics he always remains in second place.

What is the difference between a philosopher and a politician? Firstly, he is not involved in public affairs and does not pretend to be in this occupation. He has plenty of things to do.

Second, a philosopher builds his speech on facts and true philosophical principles, while a politician (mostly) builds on generally accepted opinions.

Third, the goal of the former is truth and the latter is power.

PUBLIC CONSCIOUSNESS DEFINES THE EXISTENCE OF THE STATE

Although there is the opposite, generally accepted opinion that being determines consciousness, our science is not based on opinions. A philosopher is not a politician, so let's figure it out.

Any state always strives for its own perfection. There is no other way. Weak states simply cannot withstand the War of the Father of All. They easily, like flies in a spider's web, fall into financial bondage to their more successful patron states. This is very unpleasant, therefore, the race in development continues, in which all states of the planet Earth are participants.

But here's the trouble. Despite good wishes, all states are developing at different rates.

Of course, in many respects the rate of development of a state depends on its place on Earth. And you can't get away from it. For example, if there is a favorable climate and rich mineral resources on the territory of the state, then these are the conditions for development. And if they are not there, then they are completely different. But it turns out that this is not the most important thing!
