The state is the greatest achievement of human culture. Its occurrence is comparable in its significance only to the occurrence of speech. “… Outside the state - the rule of passions, war, fear, poverty, loneliness, barbarity, ignorance, savagery; in the state - the rule of reason, peace, security, wealth, goodness, mutual assistance, refinement, science, benevolence. But culture does not tolerate " mediocre values" already by its definition. Give her only masterpieces. States with " mediocre culture" do not last long. " Mediocre values" are the same as " second freshness salmon". Therefore, first of all, it is required to put things in order in the minds of state ideologists. After all, according to their status, they are doctors of the spirit of the nation. And it turns out that a doctor-psychologist is taught all his life, but who teaches an ideologist and what? Although the spirit of the nation is much more significant than the psyche of an individual, by definition.

An idea in consciousness is an element of consciousness. Then it is alive, because consciousness itself is alive. And since people are the “matter” of the state, then the correct ideas of the development of the state in the public consciousness are a living  ideology.

Belief is a powerful concept. And a concept is a living element of a living mind. Such a belief is alive and it is not a metaphor at all.

A living idea is a strong concept of a living human mind (belief). (2. 1. 2. ) I 109

 

If these ideas do not exist in the minds of society, but only on paper, then they are “dead ideas”. As the saying goes, " the idea turns into a driving force only when it takes possession of the masses. " Is that the very term " masses" is a derogatory synonym for the term " people". It's bad when for a politician (let's not point the finger) the people are the masses. In our country, the concept of a living idea is connected with the fact that such an idea is a strong concept of the mind, since the mind is a living informational entity. And this is far from a metaphor, but an accurate diagnosis.

 

How does a strong concept differ from a weak one? Yes, only because the mind does not have to strain its thinking and will in making a decision, when a strong concept has already accepted it. He knows that a strong concept (simpler, conviction) works unmistakably. Actually, it is strong because it acts often and without errors. Indeed, with each act of correct action, any concept is necessarily strengthened. The Law of Strengthening is at work here.

If the idea exists in the mind in the form of a representation, which, more often than not, it really is, then it is rarely used.

A weak concept, like a weak concept, does not inspire the confidence of the mind. I think it is clear that only a strong concept of an idea (belief) represents the desired ideological force.

And here one should not place all the responsibility on the universities, as Hobbes decided. Not enough for all universities. And we need an ideology for everyone. There is only one thing left: two semesters of ideology in high school. Otherwise, you don't have to start. Otherwise, there will be " ideology for show".

ESSENCE OF THE SUBJECT

Today there are many different definitions of the state. But which ones are correct and which ones are not? For, without correctly understanding the essence of this object, there is nothing to say about its development.

At the head of state. 2. A country controlled by a political organization that protects its economic and social structure. European, Asian, North American, African states”. It is strange that there was no separate term for such an important subject. And the term " state" has to carry several meanings. It is not clear why the system of state power should be called a state?

 The state is a separate country with external borders and is the subject of international relations. It must have a unified system of power, a unified management system, a unified system for protecting the rights of citizens, a unified defense system, and so on. The source of power of a democratic state is only its people. (2. 1. 3. ) I 110

 

From the standpoint of our philosophy, the state is a material object with a complex material structure. It's like a huge growing tree. We can say that this is a huge developing material organism, created by the will of its inhabiting people. And created, first of all, for the good of the same people.
