Необходимо проводить тест на отсутствие токсических или раздражающих характеристик (смотрите Раздел С. 4. 2. ).

Иммуногенность туберкулина необходимо оценивать биологическими методами. Эти методы необходимо использовать для HCSM и ППД туберкулинов; эти методы основаны на сравнении тестируемых туберкулинов со стандартным справочным препаратом туберкулина того же типа (см. Раздел С. 4. 4).
