DATA IS THE "MATTER" OF INFORMATION
P299 Signs inherent in the reflected light and the same with the signs of the states of information sources at the time of reflection, are the basis for the knowledge of things through the reflected light. (3. 2. 2. ) 299
Reflected light carries huge amounts of data, therefore a person receives most of the external information from the reflected light. 2009-02-15
DATA IS THE " MATTER" OF INFORMATION Data is the " matter" of information. They arise only as a result of material interaction. And this is true for any state of any material connection. Give hundreds of examples of the emergence of data, and all of them will need to obey the principle of material correspondence (293). Any state of material connection, as a mechanism of this correspondence, is at the same time a mechanism for the emergence of the corresponding data.
P300. Principle of correspondence of primary data for a quantum of light Each quantum of light, at the moment of its reflection from the source of information, necessarily carries primary information (primary data) exactly about the state of the source that existed at the moment of this reflection. (3. 2. 3. ) 300 This principle is valid only for the data of a light signal, however, their material correspondence mechanisms exist for any other given any type of signal.
Many principles of the origin and existence of data were formulated in our ontology. But there they are completely unnecessary, since everything in the material World is subject to its laws. But for the World of information data is the same as for the material World is matter.
1. There is a law of the origin of the given.
P271. The law of origin of the given Given is an invariable trace or other result of material interaction, which is a single piece of information. This is a trace or other consequence of the action of the object of its source, left by it on the object of its carrier. (2. 12. 2. ) 271
Only in the light of this law of nature, it becomes completely obvious to us not only the fact that any quantum of light carries information about a place, moment in time, color, etc. specific state of its material source, but why this is happening.
2. The law of discreteness of data. Any given, because of its origin, invariably represents a specific state of its source. This given corresponds only to the state of its source from which it arose. This state is no longer there, and it will never happen again. And what no longer exists is no longer subject to any changes. - This is the key point of information theory, so pay special attention to it. Information reflects what no longer exists.
P272. Data discreteness law Any given is necessarily discrete and invariable in its content, since it always and necessarily corresponds only to a certain definite state of its source. (2. 12. 3. ) 272 The reason for the discreteness of the given is the instantaneous material mechanism of its occurrence. The same mechanism is also the reason for the correspondence of a given certain specific state of its source, and hence the entire matrix of this state. However, this does not mean that the corresponding data will represent all information about the state matrix of its source. No, just a few.
3. The law of data stability. Data resilience is an essential quality. For example, a chisel mark on a stone is one thing, while a pitchfork mark on the water is quite another. Volatile data simply perishes, because if the data changed, then there could be no question of any correspondence between them to their source. Remember Plato's famous opinion on truth.
P273. Data stability law Any given is capable of existing only in its one internal state, otherwise it simply perishes. (2. 12. 4. ) 273
4. The law of the existence of the given. Its essence is that if the given is a trace of material interaction on its carrier, then this trace can exist only on it.
P274. The law of the existence of the given Any given must be able to exist only on its material carrier. It is necessary concretely, as well as its carrier. The same given, but on a different medium, it is already necessary another given. (2. 12. 5. ) 274
The same is not the same even in the World of Information.
5. The law of data objectivity. They must first exist before they become the subject of demand, otherwise there will be nothing to demand.
P275. Data objectivity law Whether the data is in demand or not, does not depend at all on their existence. They must first exist before they become the subject of demand. (2. 12. 5. ) 275
It's as easy as shelling pears. But today mathematicians know absolutely nothing about the objectivity of information, since they use the concept of entropy. So, inevitably, you have to explain what is obviously understandable.
6. The law of primary data. They arise directly from their source.
P277. The law of primary data Data that arose directly as a result of the act of material interaction of their source and their carrier, this is the primary data. They are only about their source. (2. 12. 6. ) 277
And since the primary data is also called those that enter the converter, the latter will be better called input or output data. But such an innovation is unlikely to take root, so context should be used when defining the exact meaning of the term " primary data". The term " natural data" might be quite appropriate here.
7. The law of secondary data. Data that arose in the processes of changing the presentation of information (secondary data) also necessarily have material acts of their origin.
P278. Secondary data law Data that arose directly as a result of the act of material interaction between their carrier and their next carrier or transformer, this is already secondary data. They are information about their primary source. In this interaction, the primary data usually perishes. (2. 12. 6. ) 278
Both primary and secondary data need the same thing:
