P407. The principle of receptivity of perception
The process of perceiving a directly perceptible object always and necessarily includes the process of its reception. (3. 6. 1. ) 407
The inclusion of the process of receiving an object in the process of its perception is a well-known phenomenon. To this should be added Kant's opinion: " Perception is empirical consciousness, that is, such a consciousness in which there is also sensation" (Kant I. Soch. T. 3. M., " Mysl", 1964. р. 241).
There are not only sensations of objects of the external world. For example, in the psyche there is also such a system of perception that perceives the sensations of muscles and joints (the somatic system of the psyche). There is also such a system of perception that perceives the sensations of internal organs (the autonomic system of the psyche).

Processes of perception are carried out in equal measure, both in relation to external and in relation to internal felt objects. (3. 6. 1. ) 408
And if the mind does not perceive the liver or the body scheme, this does not mean at all that they are not perceived by other organs of the psyche. Indeed, without the perception of body parts, neither homeostasis, nor any movement of an arm or leg is absolutely impossible. On the other hand, the mind does not need internal perception at all, since it was created to control more complex forms of activity.

Behind the " Magic Pass" of the reception system begins the psyche and its inherent mental objects and processes. Moreover, the logical activity of a mental organ is always primary in relation to the activity of its physiological carrier, since there are no such physical processes as coding and control, as there are no such physical entities as a given rule and an image.

This is a consequence of the Psychophysical Law (343) and the Psychophysical Law of Control (343 a). For example, all complex informational processes of the psyche are based on multiple coding of data, but these processes are not at all inherent in the material World.
The perception of an object is a complex networked mental process consisting of a number of acts.
First, there are acts of reception of signal data from directly perceived objects. However, no system of reception distinguishes objects of the perceived situation. She just doesn't know how to do it. For example, the rules of visual receptors do not at all distinguish between objects of the visual situation, because each of them " sees" only one point of the visual field. Does not distinguish between objects of the visual situation and the system of these rules, the carrier of which is the retina. And everything that the rules of the retina transmit to its thickness is akaleidoscope of data. Everything is beautiful and bright, but absolutely nothing is highlighted and nothing is clear. At the same time, the visual reception system continuously creates a constantly updated kaleidoscope of data for each new observed situation. But the images of objects in this kaleidoscope are already highlighting, forming and recognizing other mental organs of the visual perception system.

Secondly, there are acts of separating the image of the perceived object from the image of the perceived situation. The first to receive all the data of visual reception is the system of rules for the thickness of the retina. It also produces the primary selection of images of objects from the image of the entire visual situation. Their further selection and recognition is carried out by other organs of visual perception.
Thirdly, there are acts of recognition of images of perceived objects. Visual images that have passed the primary selection in the system of rules of the thickness of the retina enter the operating systems of vision.
The mind has two such systems. Each of them has as its physiological carrier the projection zone of the visual cortex and the layers of associated neurons located above it. In the subconscious, the operating system of vision is located in the thalamus. This is where the branch of the optic nerve goes.

Fourthly, there are perception control bodies that carry out acts of transferring high attention to objects that are especially significant for the psyche. This is the focus of every mental system. For example, only the mind has both a center of voluntary attention and a center of involuntary attention.

Attention is the quality of perception of an object. High attention is a high quality of image perception. And if there is low attention to the image of a certain object on the part of the perceiving organ of the psyche, then this image remains the background element of the image of the perceived situation. Fifth, there are programs of instant mental response to perceived objects. For any active program of the psyche about a certain type of object necessarily contains a certain program of a response to " one's" object.
Sixth, there are acts of instantaneous emergence of new impressions by highlighting especially significant images in the image of a particular situation. And this is inherent not only in rational perception. Other systems of the psyche, for example, the subconscious, also create their own " impressions". Further, from them non-speech skills arise.
