This is when at least 2/3 of the adult population are educated, healthy and wealthy citizens. And not by old age, but at least by the age of forty. Then very rich people will be perceived not with grief for themselves, but with the understanding that more is possible. Here is not only envy, but also genuine interest.

No matter how hard citizens work hard, they will never be absolutely equal, even if they are talented each in their own way. This is an axiom. But we are not pursuing the goal of absolute equality. Our goal is the real equality of 2/3 of the adult population, which they would have reached before the age of forty with their talented work.
All people cannot be absolutely equal, otherwise they are amoeba. But even a fivefold difference in the well-being of adult citizens does not cause them special social tension.
But when the majority of the population is very far from a happy life, and at the same time there is a rather thick layer of very rich people, what then? After all, whatever the ideologists say, but any person sees in a very rich person a very happy person. And here he does not have any optical illusion. There are no recipes for minimizing the ideological influence of very rich people on society, and indeed there cannot be.
4. Reasons for real inequality. There are a lot of them. Let's look at the simplest example. Two employees of the same profession. The first is the smartest and most agile, and the second is the average worker. Under the same conditions, the former will never do five times the work of the latter. Never, under any circumstances.

And this is not difficult to be convinced of. A fivefold inequality in welfare does not cause much social tension. So, the number 5 here may well play the role of a criterion behind which injustice begins. But it is quite another matter when inequality reaches a hundredfold values.

The offended always exist and will be even in the most socially oriented state. The main thing is that there are no more than 1% of the population. They are victims of an acceptable genetic marriage or victims of other accidents. And do not turn a blind eye to this problem. You can't get away from this. Without change, there will be no evolution. And no one is insured against an accident.
The downside of this phenomenon is that 1% of people who are very gifted by nature or people who are very lucky actually exist. This is the other extreme. Logically, this is how they should help the weak as much as they can, but it is better if the state also helps them. As for the remaining 80 - 90%, their lot should be a worthy position in society.
