For example, Borya and Petya. CIVIL FREEDOMS

P. I 134

Human potential is the most important indicator of the level of development of the state. (2. 2. 3. ) I 134

This is so obvious that it is possible not to discuss this topic further. There is nothing difficult here. The complicated thing here lies in something completely different.

For example, Borya and Petya.

Borya is an excellent student. First at school, then at the institute. Naturally, the path to graduate school and beyond is open to him. Naturally, he follows exactly this path.

Petya, despite his hard work, studies mediocre. And at school and at the institute. Wrong genetic type.

Boris, having received an excellent education (at the expense of the state), left for America a few years later. As an example, we can cite the sites " Odnoklassniki" of graduates of school No. 3 in Mogilev.

Petya, after graduation goes to the farm for distribution and after a few years becomes a successful specialist.

Of course, Borya is a much better specialist than Petya.

And now the question:

How many rich Belarus has already trained excellent specialists for other states for free? And how much has she already spent her budget money on? The money that could be spent on a poor old man or on a child from a dysfunctional family.

This is a very interesting and ideologically sound question. It would not hurt to get an answer to it.

CIVIL FREEDOMS

" Freedom, Equality and Happiness. " (Presumably, this is for every citizen. ) Such a slogan adorns the facade of any modern state. Wonderful words.

But beautiful words correspond little to reality. And if free citizens are found everywhere, then they are equal only on fishing and in the bathhouse. And happy ones are even less common. After all, what is a happy person? From the standpoint of the majority of ordinary citizens (demos), this is an intelligent and wealthy person, thereby deprived of any reason for anxiety about tomorrow. More precisely, this is a person with lasting and lasting happiness.

Anyone can have momentary happiness. But this is far from the happiness we are talking about, but the most ordinary joy. Items should be called by their proper names.

In general, basically everyone around is kind of anxious. Or maybe we do not quite correctly understand these beautiful words?

  1. Freedom is when nothing gets in the way. For example, a person cannot (not free) jump ten times his height, for example, like a grasshopper. Scientifically speaking, gravity interferes.

P. I 135

Complete freedom is a necessary opportunity for any action, limited freedom is its limited ability. (2. 2. 4. ) I 135

It's very simple. Absolute (complete) freedom is the absence of any real and future obstacles in any action. That is, the absence of any opposing forces.

Here, in beautiful words, we are talking about social freedoms. About those freedoms that the people around him allow a person.

2. Complete social freedom. This is the ability to freely do whatever you want, without receiving proper resistance from the people around you. This freedom is based on the right of the sword. As a result, only the powerful of this world remain free. And for the rest, there remains only the freedom to work not so much for themselves as for their master. The freedom of such a master is limited only by the rights of a stronger (freer) master.

P. I 136

Complete social freedom is the complete absence of obstacles in any social action. (2. 2. 4. ) I 136

So, complete social freedom to do whatever you want cannot exist for everyone. In the best case, it is available for no more than a fraction of a percent of the population (i. e., for the powerful). And if you think that this position is true only for the early Middle Ages, then you are greatly mistaken. The mighty of this world have always been, are and always will be. Unless, today the role of a sword is played by big money.

A lie works no weaker than a sword. The Kalashnikov assault rifle, compared to the power of big money, or the power of lies of some politicians, today looks like a shotgun compared to a ballistic missile. An assault rifle is an operational weapon. And the wrong caliber. But big money and big political lies are already strategic weapons. Nevertheless, the state does not notice the powerful of this world. And he does not notice only because of the strong corruption.

3. Civil liberties (civil rights). The ethical content of civil liberties is quite obvious.

P. I 137

Civil liberties (civil rights) are freedoms of civil action that do not harm other citizens and the state. (2. 2. 4. ) I 137

In fact, this is how all civil liberties are based on a universal ethical rule: “do not do what you would not want to be treated like that”. This is the golden rule of ethics. It came to us from ancient times. And it was repeated by all philosophers without exception.

4. The right (freedom) to a happy life. We are talking here, of course, about the average person. The mighty of this world have no problem with this. And there will be no mistake if we call the complete and sustainable well-being of a person from the demos as civic happiness.
