All this a hundred years ago was in the area of unrealizable hopes.
What is one of the most unrealizable hopes today?
Star Gates? It's a matter of time. Investigations of the metric of space will soon find its " weak points". We already have ideas.
UFO? Nothing complicated, the whole point is that the energy of the electric field is forty orders of magnitude higher than the energy of gravity.
Carpet plane? Artificial gravity. A small battery is enough for this.

There are many facts of those historical events when frivolous (adventurous) ideologies led to the collapse of states.
Marxist-Leninist ideology. It is based on a philosophical ideology called " historical materialism". This is a false ideology. Everything there is far-fetched and little that corresponds to reality. It cannot be understood by a sane person. It is simply impossible to understand it, just as it is impossible to understand a lie. The mind simply resists understanding it. It seems that the communists have decided to replace the understanding of her ideas with blind faith in a communist tomorrow. As a result of the attempt to implement these idiotic ideas, Russia was simply drowned in the blood of the Russian people. These ideas were written and organized by people who never belonged to the Russian nation. That is why the Russian people are so overly trusting of foreigners?
Gorbachev's ideology. Empty talk. Mid eighties. Everyone understands that the old communist ideology is not consistent. Restructuring. But perestroika is, first of all, a restructuring of ideology. And what is today? The USSR has collapsed, and the state criminal Gorbachev, instead of being in prison, continues to receive Western handouts. Well, how could the Soviet people blindly believe this narrow-minded person? After all, he never really could connect two words. Excessive gullibility again?
Yeltsin's ideology. More precisely, its complete absence. And again, the excessive gullibility of the people.

" Do no harm" is a necessary principle of the ideology of any state. The ideology of the state must be scientifically grounded, complete, systemic, consistent, understandable to the people and approved only by them.
