P323. The principle of an elementary physical reflex of a neuron
Each elementary physical response to the corresponding physical stimulus, each neuron must involuntarily form in each of its excited state (phase of irritation). Thus, the first and the second necessarily constitute an automatic action and its desired result. Therefore, there is a necessary correspondence between the elementary physical reflex of the neuron and its result.

This is a more general form of the principle of the elementary physical reflex of the receptor (320). And this principle represents the law of nature, which is necessarily fulfilled by every neuron of the nervous system.
In the course of this consideration, new terms arose:
· “elementary physical sensation”,

· “elementary physical reflex of the receptor”,
· “elementary physical irritation”,
· “elementary physical response of a neuron”,
· “elementary physical reflex of a neuron”.
Neurons are the " atoms" of the nervous system, and we need clear and unambiguous terms for their activity.

RECEPTOR RULE
Active logical rules are active logical tools for processing input data. This applies equally to the rules of the psyche and the rules of logical devices. Moreover, such rules belong to the type of active knowledge. Such rules no longer consist of data. They have a completely different " matter". However, any active rule is an information entity. It, like any given, is not able to exist outside of its material carrier.
The receptor rule is an informational entity. Like any informational entity, it always has its own material carrier. In this case, it is a receptor. The receptor itself has arisen historically because nature has mastered the rule of receptive activity. Therefore, the receptor rule is necessary primarily in relation to its material carrier, since it controls its material carrier, and not vice versa. In the material World, there is no such physical process that would be called control.
P324. The psychophysical law of the receptor rule
The receptor rule is the necessary informational side of its receptor. It corresponds to the main physical function of the receptor: to react in a certain way to a certain type of signal it receives. The receptor rule is essential in relation to its material carrier, since it always controls its material carrier, but not vice versa. (3. 3. 2. ) 324
The receptor rule always comes into an excited state together with its carrier, since it is the psychic (informational) side of its carrier. If the excited state of the receptor is an elementary physical sensation (elementary physical reflex), then the excited state of the receptor rule is already an elementary mental sensation (elementary mental reflex).

THE LAW OF THE ESSENCE OF PSYCHE
The absolute necessity of the psyche in active rules is that in no other way than interaction with the rules of the receptor, the data of external signals can not be obtained and identified. After all, if the light falls on a blind person, then it will warm him a little, but such a person will no longer receive any other information from this light. In addition, receptors make up about one-twentieth of all neurons in the human nervous system. But after all, all other neurons that are not receptors act only according to their own rules. Without its active rule, not a single neuron exists anymore.
