Active programs of the psyche necessarily control the mental processes and their carriers. They control because, on the one hand, control is a purely informational process, on the other hand, because any elementary rule is necessarily the logical side of its active material carrier. The consequence of this law is the psychophysical law of control for the mental organ.

All mental is subject to the Psychophysical Law of Control (343 a). And this means that the evolutionary development of a psychic organ has always and necessary been the cause of the evolutionary development of its material carrier, but not vice versa.

FOUR STAGES IN THE EVOLUTION OF PSYCHE
Only now we can confidently talk about the stages of the evolutionary development of the psyche.
The first historically emerged is the receptive system of the psyche (the roots of the Psychic Tree). She is the " eyes and ears" of all other systems of the psyche.
Much later, the vegetative and somatic systems of the psyche (the trunk of the Psyche Tree) emerged historically. The Plant Soul is responsible for the health of th e body and metabolic processes, and the Motive Soul is responsible for elementary movements.
A later mental formation is the subconscious (branches of the Psyche Tree). This is a kind of " Ministry of Foreign Affairs" that manages the " body-environment" system. It keeps all manifestations of the environment under its constant control, making the necessary operational decisions at the right time.
The last mental formation (in terms of evolutionary development) is the intellect of the higher vertebrate (the top of the Pisihiki Tree). Accordingly, it has the historical age of the higher vertebrate.
The difference between the human mind and the intelligence of another animal is only that the mind has a concept (speech skill). The mind invented an active name for each of its recognizing skills, and this name in logical operations and in the communication of people made an intellectual revolution. Man is millions of years ahead of other primates in his mental development.

PLANT SOUL ACTIVITIES
The Plant Soul is the most important and most reliable part of the soul. Its autonomous activity is determined by the fact that other systems of the psyche do not have access to its operational and tactical control actions, otherwise instant death. Therefore, no other system of the psyche can be higher in the hierarchy than the Plant Soul. And thus, all of its requirements are strong, and most often, absolute stimuli for the activity of other systems of the psyche.

The activity of the Plant Soul consists in the management of all organs and processes of internal vital activity. It carries out a very complex (homeostatic) type of control, thanks to which dozens of internal organs and processes are within the required parameters. (3. 8. 1. ) 495
This is not at all easy, since all internal organs and processes are so interconnected that a change in any parameter of any organ necessarily causes a wave of changes in all others.
This part of the soul was first discovered and named by Aristotle. “After all, the vegetable soul is inherent in others, [and not only in plants], it is the first and most general ability of the soul, thanks to it, life is inherent in all living beings. Her business is reproduction and nutrition. " (Aristotle. Works. T. 1. M., " Thought", 1975. р. 401)
A synonym for the term " Plant Soul" is the term " vegetative system of the psyche", since the Latin term " vegetativus" is translated as " vegetable".
More than two thousand years have passed, but even today for psychology there is neither the Plant Soul nor its parts, since it still believes that the functions of controlling the vital activity of the organism are carried out by the autonomic nervous system. And in particular, the autonomic nervous system, which consists of two parts. The sympathetic nervous system adjusts the body to extreme (stress) loads, and the parasympathetic system has a calming effect.
This is a gross delusion, since the functions of controlling the vital activity of the body are produced not by the autonomic nervous system, but by the autonomic system of the psyche. The vegetative nervous system is material, it is just the bearer of the Plant Soul. There is no such material process called management. Another thing is that the material carriers of the Plant Soul provide its activity. But things should be called by their proper names.
