ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ Отклонения умственного развития входят в число наиболее распространенных причин инвалидности. Это состояние можно рассматривать как с функциональной точки зрения, так и со стороны развития. В основе таких отклонений могут лежать разнообразные причины, вызывающие различные последствия и влияющие на успех и возможность занятий физическим воспитанием и спортом. В этой главе мы предложили методы обучения, тесты и виды двигательной активности, подходящие для данной группы лиц, и кратко рассмотрели отдельные виды спорта и плановые программы для учащихся с отклонениями умственного развития. Много лиц с отклонениями умственного развития достигли успеха и продолжают успешно заниматься физическим воспитанием и спортом.
